What I do

About me

Journey and Ethos

Born in Thailand, raised in Worcestershire at the age of 10. Went to an all girls boarding school. Moved to London when she was 21. I studied Architecture, graduated at London Metropolitan University and has worked as an Architect Assistant with a housing association in London.

My very first yoga experience of yoga practice was over ten years ago. This was when I was pregnant with my first child. This was purely to help me with breathing and some back pain problems I had at the time. Since then, I was hooked! Hooked by the notion that it did not only help me physically but also mentally. Hooked by the relaxation it gave me. Hooked to the calmness and stillness that it connects to my body, mind and spirit. I continue to practice yoga and finally decided to do my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with YogaLondon in 2018.

My passion is to help others with their wellbeing to be the best version of themselves as I have personally gone through phrases of losing my loved ones close to me due to poor health and lifestyle. Yoga has found me and helped me to overcome these losses and so my fitness to help others journey begins.

Throughout those periods, I’ve acquired a spectrum of skills and knowledge all with the aim of helping my clients’ individual needs, aims and goals. I’m now also a Wellbeing Coach, a Personal Trainer, a Pilates Instructor, and a Massage Therapist.

I teach…

- Beginners & Intermediate Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Kids Yoga, Pre+Post Natal yoga

Beginners and Intermediate classes.

  • Personal Trainer - 1-1 & Group

My Coaching Approach

Being a Wellbeing Coach and Yoga Teacher, I am able to pick up where many traditional coaches and personal trainer leave off by addressing a deeper dimension to your emotional issues one may skim over.

Together, we’ll find which styles of yoga training best support your body and lifestyle at this moment in time. This is be different for everyone. We’ll work towards using techniques you’ll enjoy and make them a part of your daily routine based on how your body can best utilise it.

Finding your inner balance is just as important as finding your physical fitness. We look at areas in your life such as sleep, stress, fatigue, and eating habits. Lastly, my coaching will help you find balance in your emotional wellbeing by getting to the root of the cause. Together, we’ll be looking at areas such as your core beliefs, your purpose and desire in life, family, work and relationships.

All of these help us to find balance in helping you getting your wellbeing back. It can be done! And I will help you every step of the way.

I hope you find what you need on here, if not, please do get in touch with me on hello@suchanprasongyoga.com for a heart to heart conversation.

Love & Light
